Consumer Agreement

We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, DISCOVER, and PAYPAL. We will process your credit card payment immediately in full. WE ONLY ACCEPT CREDIT CARDS DRAWN FROM U. S. BANKS. Customers may enter credit card information with confidence via our secure server. MONEY ORDERS or CERTIFIED BANK CHECKS are also accepted, however; these forms of payment slow down the order process. Returned checks are subject to a $25.00 fine per check returned.

Return Policy Restocking Fee

THERE ARE NO RETURNS, EXCHANGES OR REFUNDS WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION. If the customer returns an order without authorization, there will be a delay in any refunds due. No refunds after 30 days from delivery date. There will be no refunds issued for any containers with broken seals. Returns are subjected to a 20% restocking fee.

Shipping & Delivery

National Fireproofing Supply Co. ships merchandise only to locations within the United States and Canada.

We offer shipping through UPS & LTL. You will be given a choice of shipping method through UPS, with instant pricing provided by UPS. All ground orders received by 11:00 AM CST will be shipped in 1 -2 business days. We offer UPS Ground, Next Day Air A.M., Next Day Air, Next Day Air Saver, 2nd Day Air A.M., 2nd Day Air, 3 Day Select, and UPS Standard to Canada.

Online orders with expedited shipping must be placed by 11:00 AM CST to be processed the same day. If UPS-Red (Overnight) is selected on an order received after 11:00 AM CST on Friday, that order will be shipped Overnight for Monday delivery. UPS does not ship to P.O. boxes. Special Saturday Delivery not Available for online orders. Online Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday. No collect or 3rd party shipping currently available.

Additional Shipping Insurance

At National Fireproofing Supply Co., we recognize the importance of securing your purchases against potential loss or damage during transit, as well as theft after delivery. To help you shop confidently, we offer shipping insurance for all online orders.

Our shipping insurance provides coverage for items lost or damaged in transit, or stolen from your delivery location if the carrier marks your package as “delivered” and you have filed a police report. To initiate a claim, please contact us via email with your order number and claim details.

Please note the following terms and conditions for our shipping insurance:

  • Claims for delivered packages must be submitted between 5 and 15 days after the package is marked as delivered.
  • Claims for presumed lost packages (not marked as delivered) must be submitted after 7 days (20 days for international orders) and within 30 days of the last checkpoint.
  • For delivered packages that are stolen, a police report is mandatory to process a claim.
  • Packages signed for upon delivery are considered received and are not included in our shipping insurance coverage.
  • If suspicious activity or potential false claims are detected, we reserve the right to inform UPS and law enforcement, and may delay payment or coverage until further investigation is complete.

Coverage is limited to the cost of the item(s) only; shipping fees, taxes, Route premiums, and any customs or duty charges are excluded.

Sales Tax

At this time, only Indiana Resident orders are subjected to a 7.0 % sales tax.

Warranties

All items, unless otherwise stated, are fully guaranteed against defects in material or workmanship and are covered by their respective manufacturers warranties. Within thirty (30) days we will replace, at our sole discretion, any item that is deemed defective. Returns shall be done within 30 days of invoice date. This warranty does not cover installation or service of product, conditions resulting from consumer mishandling; such as improper maintenance or misuse, abuse, accident or alteration.

Sellers and manufacturer’s only obligation shall be to replace such quantity of the product proved to be defective. Neither seller nor manufacturer shall be liable for any injury, loss or damage, direct or consequential, arising out of the use or the inability to use the product. Before using, user shall determine the suitability of the product for his or her intended use, and user assumes all risk and liability whatsoever in connection therewith.
